Custom built home server using retired enterprise and off the shelf hardware
Configured Proxmox VE to virtualize multiple servers, including Ubuntu Server and TrueNAS. Managed networking between the virtual machines and set up file sharing via NFS and SMB
Set up and configured a pfSense firewall with VLAN segmentation. Implemented an IDS system using Snort. Configured OpenVPN for secure remote access
Self host many services for friends and family including cloud storage, VPN, media and game servers
